Chicken death: Former MLA’s son lodges complaint with police, murder case filed

The son of a former MLA from Maharajganj district in Uttar Pradesh has lodged a complaint alleging that his chicken died due to alleged poisoning. A complaint has been lodged at Sinduria police station. The son of a former MLA has lodged a case of ‘murder’ with the police after the death of his chicken. The son of a former MLA alleged that his chicken had been poisoned and therefore a postmortem of the chicken should be done.

According to Times Now, the complainant Rajkumar Bharti is the son of former MLA Dukhi Prasad of Pipara Kalyan village. Prince Bharti says his family loves animals and birds. Bharti has alleged that he had gone to Maharajganj for some work and his son Vikas had gone to school. When Vikas returned home, he found that his hen could not breathe and died shortly afterwards.

According to media reports, the former MLA’s son’s chicken is suspected to have been poisoned by someone. Prince Bharti has also demanded autopsy of the chickens.

Sinduria police station SHO Rituraj Suman Yadav said a complaint has been lodged in the case and they are investigating. However, this case has taken everyone by surprise.
