However, she wanted to transfer to a post-graduate college in Noida. His petition in this regard was rejected by the Allahabad High Court on September 14, 2017. He then ran directly to the Supreme Court. The court passed the order after an ongoing hearing in the Supreme Court. Justice M. R. Not changed again in the same place?
“An employee cannot insist on transferring or not transferring an employee. This decision depends on the employer. They are making these changes as per the need, ”the court said. Meanwhile, the petitioner had worked for 13 years from 2000 to 2013 at the same college in Noida where the professor had applied for transfer. The court also ruled against him.
“Petitioners do not have the facility to be transferred back to the same place where they have been working for as long as 13 years. If the petitioners complete the job in the present place for the required period of time, then they can be requested to transfer to another place, but will not be transferred to the same place again, ”the court said.
