FIR against those who are not guilty and the Chief Minister are hiding their crimes bmh 90. Those who have no crime, the crime and the Chief Minister is hiding his own crimes: Sharad Pawar

“Increase in violence against women in the state”

The Supreme Court has allowed the prosecution of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis for hiding information on two offenses in his election affidavit. NCP president Sharad Pawar has targeted Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis for hiding crimes. “The chief minister of the state is working to cover up his crimes. Those who have no guilt are being prosecuted, ”said Pawar.

While presenting the affidavit in the 2014 Assembly elections, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis did not give information about the two pending criminal cases. In this case Adv. Satish Uke had filed a petition in the Supreme Court against Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. He had demanded that the MLA post of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis should be canceled. The apex court had in July upheld the verdict. The Supreme Court on Tuesday cleared the case. The ED had also filed a case against former Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar and Sharad Pawar in the Shikhar Bank scam. There was a lot of controversy over how Pawar’s name came up in this scam. Leaders of all opposition parties, including the NCP, had alleged that the case was filed by the BJP out of political revenge. The ruling Shiv Sena had also sided with Pawar. Ajit Pawar had also resigned.

On both these issues, NCP President Sharad Pawar has criticized Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. Pawar said, “It is necessary to submit information about the crimes committed against you while filling up the election form. But only the Chief Minister of the state is working to cover up his crimes. Those who are not guilty are being prosecuted, but the perpetrators are not worried. Power is being abused here, ”Sharad Pawar has alleged.

He accused the BJP government of increasing crimes against women. He said, “Crime has increased in the state. Most of these crimes are against women. Therefore, it would be wrong to hand over power to those who do not care about the reputation of their mothers and sisters, ”said Pawar.
