“Hindutva strangled in Uttar Pradesh”; Sanjay Raut’s reaction after the suspicious death of Mahant Narendra Giri

Mahant Narendra Giri, president of the All India Akhada Parishad, was found dead at his residence in Baghambari Math on Monday. He was also the head of Niranjani Akhada. A. Bha. Akhada Parishad is the largest association of saints in the country. Police found a suicide note at the spot and Mahant Narendra Giri had also recorded a video before his death. Police have seized the video and an investigation is underway. After that, now Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut has commented after the suspicious death of Mahant Narendra Giri.

“Narendra Giri was such an important mahant. He was ahead in the battle of Hindutva. As a pro-Hindu organization, Shiv Sena had received his blessings many times. But the case of his death is very mysterious. Even if he says suicide, his devotees think it is murder and therefore it needs to be investigated. When some sadhus were beaten to death by a mob in Palghar, the BJP had raised the voice of attack on Hindutva all over the country. But the case of Narendra Giri’s suspicious death has come to the fore, which shows that someone has strangled Hindutva in Uttar Pradesh. This should also be investigated by the CBI. Devotees of Narendra Giri are also in demand. This death is extremely mysterious. I don’t think they will commit suicide. The reasons for this must be found and it must be decided who will find them. I felt for a moment that someone had strangled Hindutva, ”said Sanjay Raut.

Meanwhile, Allahabad Superintendent of Police Dinesh Kumar Singh said Mahant Narendra Giri was found hanging from the ceiling in his room, but did not give further details. Upon hearing the news of Mahant’s death, several police and administration officials reached the monastery and camped outside the monastery. No one except the police is allowed to enter the monastery.
