Lockdown in the largest city in New Zealand

Auckland, New Zealand’s largest city, has a strict curfew that will last until September 21. On Monday, 33 Corona patients were found there.

“We do not want to waste the sacrifices made by many with Corona, so the Level 3 restrictions have been imposed,” said New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern.

He added that the rest of New Zealand would remain under Level 2 restrictions.

Corona is prevalent in Auckland, with more Corona patients in the area. The number of patients in Auckland is on the rise, with corona appearing among some people from Australia last month. As a result, the total number of patients on Monday was 955. It is time to admit 21 of them to the hospital.

Spread from Australia

The government is working hard to eradicate the virus, with preliminary findings suggesting that the spread of the corona was caused by people coming from Australia in the past few days. So far in New Zealand, however, Corona’s condition has been handled well and efforts are being made to ensure that the situation does not get out of hand.
