New Delhi: National Security Adviser Ajit Doval said the central government’s Agneepath scheme was good for the army and youth. Under no circumstances will this plan be withdrawn.
He expressed confidence that after retiring from the army, the firefighters would get employment opportunities.
There is no question of withdrawing this plan. This scheme is in the interest of the country and is beneficial for the youth. But some are opposing the scheme just for selfish reasons. Opponents know nothing about the plan. Doval said he was protesting out of ignorance and would try to allay doubts and objections to the plan.
‘The apostolic affair tarnished the image of the country‘
Statements made by Nupur Sharma and Naveen Jindal about the Prophet Mohammad tarnished India’s image internationally. They misrepresented the country. Doval said that in order to uplift the image of India, it is necessary to change the attitude of citizens of some countries towards India.
