Padmanabhaswamy temple is not exempt from audit

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected a petition filed by the Shri Padmanabhaswamy Temple Trust seeking exemption from its 25-year audit by the Supreme Court. The royal family of Travancore operates this temple.

The audit should be completed as soon as possible, preferably within three months. A bench headed by Uday Lalit said.
