Earlier, Mahakal had said that Lawrence Bishnoi gang was behind the threat made to actor Salman Khan. According to him, the three men from Rajasthan work in a factory in Palghar. He had gone to Mumbai to deliver a threatening letter. When police arrived at the factory in Palghar, they were informed that the three were not working there.
After this, the police had received information that the three persons mentioned by Mahakal in the threatening letter had been arrested on June 5 in Rajasthan on charges of robbery. He is still in jail. That is why the police have said that they do not believe in the information given by Mahakal.
