Thane: After the revolt of the state’s Urban Development Minister Eknath Shinde, the party office bearers are being approached by the senior leaders to prevent a split in the Shiv Sena in Thane district, but there are signs of a split in the Shiv Sena in the district. Many Shiv Sainiks have given messages on social media that they are Shinde supporters. So, some have put up such signs in the city. In particular, there is no reaction against Shinde. Also, after Shinde’s revolt, some Shiv Sena office bearers and Shiv Sainiks have become confused and have a double mindedness whether to stay with Shiv Sena or Shinde. Therefore, it is seen that he has taken the role of Aste Kadam and remained silent.

Thane district is known as the stronghold of Shiv Sena. The late district chief Anand Dighe laid the foundation stone of Shiv Sena in the district. After his demise, Eknath Shinde got the news of the district. He increased the strength of Shiv Sena in the district and at the same time connected the umbilical cord with Shiv Sainiks. It is noteworthy that in Mumbai, despite protests and demonstrations by Shiv Sainiks against Shinde, there was no reaction from Shiv Sainiks in Thane district. Due to this, there is a possibility of split in Shiv Sena in the district. Against this backdrop, party leaders are being approached by senior leaders, but their efforts do not seem to be having much success. After Shinde’s rebellion, Shiv Sena and Yuvasena office bearers in the district have started spreading the message on social media that they are openly Shinde supporters. In Kalwa area of ‚Äč‚ÄčThane, former mayor Ganesh Salvi has put up a sign saying that we are Shinde supporters. Some former Shiv Sena corporators and office bearers from Thane are in Guwahati along with Eknath Shinde. Some Shiv Sainiks are confused as it was Shinde who kept the fort impregnable after Anand Dighe.

There is confusion among Ulhasnagar, Ambernath, Badlapur and rural office bearers as to whether Eknath Shinde should openly support Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray when there is a possibility of him leaving the party. Speaking in private, most of the office bearers said that they would support Eknath Shinde, but at present no one seems to be coming forward and presenting their role. Shiv Sena dominates in Ulhasnagar, Ambernath, Badlapur, Ambernath Grameen, Shahapur. Eknath Shinde funded a large number of development works in this area. Therefore, his and MP Dr. There is a huge mass support behind Shrikant Shinde. However, the office bearers are waiting for a few more days for the picture to become clear. Many have posted photos of Eknath Shinde on social media and expressed indirect support. So many have expressed their support by writing a public Facebook post.

Possibility of rupture in welfare too

In the last few years, Guardian Minister Eknath Shinde, who knows every Shiv Sena worker and office bearer from Kalyan, Dombivali and 27 village areas by name, has tried to make the party, city and party workers bigger by nominating a number of party workers for honorary posts in the party. Aware of this, a loyal Shiv Sena activist in the area has been quiet for the last two days due to Shinde’s revolt and this loyal Shiv Sainik will stand firmly behind Shinde, informed the old acquaintances of Shiv Sena. The senior Shiv Sainik said on condition of anonymity that most of the office bearers and activists in Dombivali and Kalyan would be with Shinde, except for one Shiv Sena spokesperson in Mumbai, an office bearer from Dombivali known as the right hand of the spokesperson. The Shiv Sainik of this area, formed under the tutelage of the late Anand Dighe, has been working faithfully for many years with Eknath Shinde. Therefore, Eknath Shinde is closer to him than Shiv Sena in Mumbai. Therefore, this staunch Shiv Sainik will support the new Shiv Sena along with Shinde. The Shiv Sainiks also said that a large section of the Shiv Sena’s Kalyan Dombivali area, which considers Shiv Sena chiefs, will leave the party chief Uddhav Thackeray and stand behind Shinde.
