Sharad Pawar’s opinion
Mumbai: Today’s Congress is like a landlord. Who is the landlord of the mansion that Raya has gone to? NCP president Sharad Pawar has expressed the view that the situation of the Congress is similar.
Pawar was interviewed by Rajdeep Sardesai and Sahil Joshi on the occasion of the first anniversary of India Today’s Marathi digital platform ‘Mumbai Tak’.
Pawar said Congress leaders are not in the mood to take a different stand on their leadership. Pawar gave an example of that. Landlords in Uttar Pradesh also had large farms and mansions. Maximum land retention became law and their lands passed. But the mansion is, as it were. But the power to repair the mansion did not remain with the landlords. One thousand acres of land is now 15-20 acres. The landlord gets up and goes outside to look. He sees the crop. So he says all these green crops were mine. But right now it’s not his. That is the situation of the Congress, Pawar observed.
I don’t need a Pacific teen
Political strategist Prashant Kishor is rumored to be mobilizing for the presidency. “I don’t need the help of Prashant Kishor,” Pawar said. Right now I have no ambition to stay in power. “But I will try to coordinate with the opposition,” Pawar said.
