Aurangabad bench orders to provide information
Aurangabad: Shiv Sena MLA Sanjay Shirsat had gathered a crowd of activists and paid homage to the work of the Navy while the statewide curfew was in force. An Aurangabad bench of the Bombay High Court has ordered that information be given as to what crime was registered against him in this case. Ravindra Ghuge and Justice B.U. Debadwar has given. The bench directed the public prosecutors to provide the information during the hearing on Sumoto’s petition regarding medical facilities required for the treatment of Kovid patients. The matter will now be heard on May 6.
The bench also sought information on how many cases have been registered in this regard stating that the order regarding wearing of helmet, wearing of mask and keeping Aadhar card with them is not being implemented properly. The bench has sought information on the action taken in this regard.

Vikhe’s case to be heard tomorrow
Ahmednagar MP Dr. The bench on Monday took up the documents submitted by the plaintiffs and defendants in the case of Sujay Vikhe injecting remedicivir from a plane. The petition will be heard on May 5. Add on behalf of the petitioners. Pragya Talekar and Adv. Ajinkya Kale is overseeing the work, while Chief Public Prosecutor D.S. R. Black is looking at work.
